This function lets you acquire measured values from up to 15 LAN-connected instruments and monitor them (numerically) in real time or display them as a graph. You can display power measured values from a power meter along with temperature, humidity, flow rate, and other types of measurement data from a data logger on a single graph in real time.
You can select up to 512 measurement parameters to add to the monitor display and up to 32 parameters to add to the graph display.
Configure fixed IP addresses for the computer on which GENNECT One has been installed and for each instrument, and then connect them to the network. Use a hub if connecting multiple instruments. Up to 15 instruments can be connected in this way.
If connecting the computer and instruments to an existing network, consult with your network system administrator concerning network settings such as the IP addresses that have been allocated to the computer and instruments.
GENNECT One will search for LAN-connected instruments and display them in a list. You can connect up to 15 of those instruments to the application for use in real-time measurement.
Choosing instruments and measurement channels
Measurement channels are chosen from the list of measurement parameters provided by the connected instruments. You can choose up to 512 channels to add to the monitor display, and you can choose up to 32 channels to add to the graph display.
Setting the logging conditions
You can choose from the following logging intervals: 1 sec., 2 sec., 5 sec., 10 sec., 30 sec., 1 min., 2 min., 5 min., 10 min., 30 min. and 1 hr. However, some logging intervals may be unavailable on congested networks. As for the logging time, you can either choose continuous measurement, in which case logging will continue until measurement is stopped manually, or specify a time at which to stop logging.
Once logging starts, the monitor display, graph display, and list display will be updated in real time according to the logging interval.
